Italian Serie A leader Inter Milan beat World Champion AC Milan Sunday to remain atop the league.
Milan scored first through Andrea Pirlo in the 18th minute, but Inter responded well with one goal from Julio Cruz in the 36th minute and another from Estevan Cambiasso in the 63rd minute.
Inter now leads the Serie A with 43 points from 17 matches, followed by AS Roma with 36 points
