AGO Continues Civil Claim against Suharto

Attorney General Hendarman Supandji said yesterday (7/1) that the civil claim against Suharto will not be halted. Apart from Suharto’s health, later, said Hendarman, the case will move on to his children. “That’s the provision. There are state bills. If he (Suharto) passes away, the bills are borne by his beneficiary,” stressed Hendarman at the State Palace, Jakarta yesterday.
